The Buyer agrees that the Supplier will deliver the electricity bill exclusively via email to the designated email address. From the moment the Supplier sends the bill, it is considered delivered. The delivery of electricity bills via email will commence from the next billing period following the date of the request submission. The Buyer is obliged to notify the Supplier in writing of any changes to the information relevant for the email delivery of bills or any details that may cause an inability to deliver the bill.

The Supplier shall not be held liable if the Buyer fails to receive the bill due to a change in the Buyer’s email address that was not communicated to the Supplier, if the email address becomes invalid, or for any other reason not attributable to the Supplier.

The Buyer may request to update the email address for receiving bills via electronic means (web, email). Additionally, the Buyer may request to terminate the email delivery service via electronic means (web, email), after which the Supplier will resume sending bills to the defined postal address provided for bill delivery.

By accepting these terms of use, the Buyer agrees that EPBiH may use personal data, such as the email address, for periodically sending informational or promotional notifications. The Buyer may withdraw consent for the use of their personal data at any time by sending a notification to the email addresses of the EPBiH Contact Center. EPBiH guarantees that it will not sell or share the Buyer’s personal data with third parties.\
